Helping Hands Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting hunger and reducing food waste in our community. We've been serving the community since 2010, connecting food sources with those in need.

How is the food pickup process coordinated?
When you list available food, nearby NGOs are notified based on your location. Once an NGO requests pickup, you'll receive a notification to confirm. After confirmation, you can track the pickup status and receive updates in real-time.
What if there's a problem with a donation?
If you encounter any issues with a donation, use the "Report Issue" feature in your dashboard. Our support team will respond within 24 hours to help resolve the situation and mediate between parties if necessary.

Yes, you can set up recurring donations for predictable surplus food. Go to your dashboard, select "Create Donation," and choose the "Recurring" option to set frequency, quantities, and preferred pickup times.
